What would I do if I was principal for a day?
If I had the chance to be principal for the day I would do a lot of things. First and for most I wouldn’t make school start till 10:00 AM. That way everybody has enough time to sleep in a little and get ready. Second of all I would have students only go to the classes they wanted to. But they can not go to the same class twice of course. also I would let my students do almost anything when they are done with their work. They could either take a walk, play on their phone, or go to another class and help a friend. But only if they have all their work done and at least a B- in that class. And last but not least if I was principal for the day I would put out a complaint box where kids could drop in a complaint anonymously about anyone they have a problem with. For example, a student, a teacher, or even me. And at the end of the week we would read them and solve the problems as much as I can. And that’s what I would do if I was principal for the day.
